POSTCARD PRINTER & PUBLISHER RESEARCH

 TPA ARCHIVES

The postcard printer / publisher archives section is still far from being complete. The logo you are looking for not found on this page? Make sure to visit also the new

Logo Gallery  with some 39 additional logos to browse through.

Below a trial run with 29 old ppc firms (topo / subject / greeting card manufacturers). I do not like a plain list presentation with logo/trademark only much (but added such a page now). Giving each firm a separate page allows more information to be included along with some more or less typical cards illustrated.

A real photo card (undivided back) by an anonymous publisher shows the printing room of an unknown Belgian printing company. You can see two letterpress flatbed machines (on the right and in the back) and part of a paper cutter / guillotine. A fine authentic view from circa 1905.
